According to an arrest warrant obtained by TMZ, Texas rapper Yella Beezy is accused of rapping a woman while the two were purportedly on their first date.

Rapper Yella Beezy accused of raping a woman

The 30-year-old Dallas MC, whose true name is Markies Deandre Conway, has refuted the charges made by the entertainment news site on Tuesday afternoon.

The charges, according to the rapper's lawyers, are "completely without merit."

"The sexual assault charge is in no way related to or connected to Yella Beezy's longtime girlfriend, and the child endangerment charge is simply meritless and is defamatory in nature," his attorneys told TMZ.

Conway's allegations were apparently filed by the Collin County District Attorney's office, which did not immediately reply to demands for comment. The allegations, which include sexual assault, felony child endangerment, and a misdemeanor count of unauthorized carrying a weapon, were confirmed by an arrest warrant and a probable cause affidavit obtained by TMZ on Nov. 5.

The legal records obtained provided more information about the circumstances leading up to Conway's arrest on Nov. 5. According to the documents, his accuser told investigators that he contacted her on Instagram in late April and inquired if she was "searching for a new friend."

According to the allegation, the "That's On Me" rapper eventually invited the woman to eat at a Dallas restaurant and play bowling. The lady told police that after they ate, Conway took her back to his apartment while they waited for a 10 p.m. bowling reservation.

She stated that the two of them spent some time playing cards and conversing. Conway then allegedly removed his shirt and requested a massage, which she allegedly provided. Conway began forcing kisses on her and pulling up her dress after she finished and sat next to him, she said.

The woman claimed she told Conway "no" several times, but he allegedly ignored her and began penetrating her with his penis. She eventually managed to break free and flee the scene, she claimed. Conway later sought to persuade the accuser that she had started the alleged assault by kissing him, according to the accuser. When the accuser went to the hospital the next day, authorities were notified, according to TMZ.

This year, Yella Beezy has had a number of high-profile run-ins with the law. According to TMZ, he was apprehended in August carrying more than 400 grams of an unknown substance, four handguns, and a rifle. Authorities charged the rapper with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful carrying of a weapon following the incident.

According to TMZ, Yella was arrested in Dallas in February on additional weapons charges after cops pulled him over for allegedly running multiple stop signs. He was shot three times while driving his SUV in Lewisville, Texas, in 2018, and recovered from his injuries a short time later at a local hospital.
